It’s a fast-track deployment, to give you the right start for success, with the capability of creating as many items (subject to licences purchased) needed to optimise your operations.

Who is Onboarding for?
BigChange Onboarding is suitable for the majority of standard deployments where customers are using the system with industry-standard business processes.
To ensure customer success, Onboarding is designed for companies who can dedicate time towards the project.
Standard Onboarding is not suitable for businesses with complex stock/financial requirements or if custom integration/automation is anticipated. Talk to your sales representative who will work with our Professional Services and Onboarding Teams to design a package that suits your requirements.

QUESTIONS TO ASK…
How long does the onboarding process take?
Our most successful Onboarders are completed within 12 weeks, and involve a full collaboration between our customer and BigChange. Getting your system up and running successfully requires actions to be completed by both parties. The customers who are able to dedicate resources solely to this project are those who get up and running in the shortest time.
Would it be helpful to have a dedicated person to lead the onboarding process?
Absolutely! We would suggest that you form a mini ‘project team’, that is lead by a senior team member. This team should ideally be made up of representatives from all departments which will utilise the features of BigChange. These can include people from your finance department, operations team, and engineers/drivers; they do not need to be present for every session, but should be on hand for the first meeting.
Will BigChange do what my current system does?
BigChange has been built from the ground up, and is used by over 1000 companies in over 60 different market sectors completing jobs, sending out invoices and managing their CRM system in a streamlined manner. By purchasing BigChange you have the perfect opportunity to visit processes that you have been following for many years, and optimise them to a more efficient way. If you are unsure as to whether a particular feature exists within BigChange, or how a certain process would be completed, please do ask your Sales Representative who will be happy to demonstrate the functionality to you.
Can I bring across data from my current system(s)?
Bringing over current data (contact, stock, vehicle and resource information) is possible by using our import service. Our import service allows data that you have placed into a template to be easily added within a few clicks. If you are thinking of bringing over any of your data and wish to see the import template that you need to populate, please ask your Sales Representative who will be happy to provide a copy.
I’m still not sure of something, can I ask you?
Please do! We want to make sure the Onboarding process is as smooth as possible. It is highly unlikely the question you want to ask is one that we have not heard before and don’t have an answer to.
